Media day information
We are excited to kick off the season with our media day. These photos will be strategically used for marketing purposes, including social media, website utilization, and print materials. During the event, each athlete is set to have a blast, posing for a minimum of one individual photo, optional buddy(ies) photo, and two team photos. Our marketing coordinator and photographer has scheduled 40 minutes for each team, Beyond the promotional aspect, this event serves a higher purpose by fostering community engagement and deepening connections among teammates and program staff. The resulting content is not just visually appealing; it's a powerful tool to boost our online visibility and make waves on social media platforms. Ultimately, this initiative will significantly enhance player exposure for college prospects and contribute to our player recruitment efforts.
Please see this link for individual and group photo ideas on a Pinterest board. You should have your ideas ready before coming for your time slot and know what poses you want to do. No phones will be allowed once you are in front of the camera so you will want to be prepared prior to arriving.
- Please wear your full uniform, including knee pads, shoes, socks, spandex or leggings and jersey
- Each team can pick which jersey they want to wear but must be all matching; bring both jerseys
- Jewelry is allowed but should not be excessive
- If you have a sibling in the program, we would like for you to come to take a sister photo during one of your allotted time slots

Arrive 15 minutes before your assigned time slot, fully prepared with your makeup and hair done, wearing your uniform, and with all equipment in tow. Line up in height order with your team and be ready to rock before your designated time slot!
Photos to be taken by jersey number order, in the following sequence:

Edited digital photo packages are available for a purchase of $25.00. The package will include 2 team photos, an individual photo and a choice of a buddy photo or extra individual photo. After the shoot, a digital link will be sent to the email provided, from there you will be able to share or print photos as you please, thank you and good luck this season.
