​FieldLevel is a networking and recruiting platform designed to connect athletes, coaches, and recruiters. For volleyball recruiting, it allows players to showcase their skills through profiles that include stats, highlight videos, and references from coaches. Athletes can connect with college programs, receive guidance from their current coaches, and track which schools are viewing their profile. FieldLevel makes it easier for coaches to endorse players and for college recruiters to discover and evaluate new talent, helping athletes take the next step in their volleyball career.

The Process

1. Start Early
  • Begin recruiting efforts by freshman/sophomore year.
  • Research schools you may be interested in. 
  • Reach out to coaches with personalized emails.
  • Include highlight videos and club schedules.
2. Attend Camps and Showcases
  • Participate in college camps and showcases for direct exposure.
  • Camps allow coaches to evaluate you in person and give you a feel for the campus environment.
3. Build an Online Profile
  • Create profiles on platforms like FieldLevel, NCSA, Hudl, and NCAA Clearinghouse.
  • Upload and update highlight videos, stats, and academic info. frequently.
4. Know NCAA Rules
  • Understand NCAA recruiting timelines and contact rules.
  • Stay informed about official visit and signing periods.
5. Prioritize Academics
  • Maintain strong grades to meet academic standards.
  • Academic success can expand scholarship and recruiting options.
