 ELITE Positional Training

Picture

Training for Elite Black & Gold teams

Volleyball position-specific training at Crank It revolves around honing skills within your designated position alongside athletes of similar age and skill levels. During each session, there will be ample opportunities to share and absorb position-specific insights from Crank It's elite coaching team. In addition to regular weekly practices, we are excited to offer this unique learning environment for athletes early in the season. The advantage lies in the immediate application of acquired knowledge within the dynamics of team play. The training approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of positional intricacies, enhancing the athlete's overall performance on the volleyball court.

The Elite Positional Training program kicks off immediately and continues into the regular season. The initial weeks involve sessions dedicated to each position. In the positional sessions, athletes are divided into individual groups for a portion of the time and then come together for combined small group training. This structure allows for skill sets to intersect, such as Setters collaborating with Middles. There will be special guests, including college coaches and players, and competitive games, including tournament play on the last date with fun prizes for the winners!
